Helene utilizes Reiki, meditation, hypnotherapy along with custom methods to heal the inner child. Located in in the Texas Hill Country, she offers one on one sessions, downloadable meditations and group workshops. I highly recommend “Healing Your Inner Child” 2 hr Session.

In my opinion, spending 2 hrs with Helene can be as effective as months or even years of therapy. She has a unique gift to get straight to the heart of the matter and gently offer up change and healing.

 

Vanessa mclean / olive branch counseling

Olive branch Counseling is a great resource with caring professionals. All their staff comes highly recommended. I highly recommend Vanessa when dealing with inner child trauma.

Vanessa is a clinical psychologist from South Africa and a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Texas and Virginia. Her areas of interest and specialty are managing life stress; anxiety and mood disorders; trauma, grief and loss; brain based counseling, cultural psychology and Christian counseling. Her style is mostly brain based, contextual, supportive and goal directed with components of cognitive behavioral and acceptance and commitment therapy. She also incorporates mindfulness, visualization and relaxation techniques as well as art, music and writing.

When working with Inner Child Healing, I highly recommend yoga. Yoga is more than a way to burn calories and become flexible. It’s a complete body and mind workout that combines breath control, simple meditation, strength training and stretching poses for ultimate health and relaxation.

I can’t express enough how important it is to move while doing inner child work. Yoga is a great way to be gentle with yourself.
